Indoor air quality assessments

We spend most of our time indoors, and indoor air can hold more pollutants than the air outside. An assessment finds out what's affecting the air in your home or workplace, and what you can do about it.

Common causes of poor indoor air

• Poor ventilation and high humidity

• Cleaning products, air fresheners and perfumed products

• New furniture, paint, carpets and building materials

• Gas appliances and cooking fumes

• Mould and other microbes

• Carbon monoxide from heaters or attached garages

How it works

1. A free 10-minute phone chat about your concerns.

2. An on-site assessment, measuring chemical vapours (VOCs) and formaldehyde.

3. A summary of findings and recommendations, explaining what was found and where it may be coming from.

4. Practical solutions. Often these are simple, like better airflow, swapping a product or changing a habit.

Good to know

Poor indoor air can be linked with headaches, tiredness, and irritated eyes, nose and throat. If you have symptoms, talk with your doctor or naturopath.
